The Stanford Nanoelectronics Group broke new groud at this year's VLSI Symposia held on June 17-20 in Honolulu, HI by presenting the Symposia's first ever Carbon Nanotube paper. The paper highlights work that allows wafer scale growth, transfer, and processing of carbon nanotubes to create transistors en masse.
